I’m a physician who spent nearly a decade in emergency medicine before realizing I was becoming the kind of patient I used to treat: overweight, exhausted, and slowly breaking down under a lifestyle fundamentally misaligned with my biology. Rebuilding my own health required returning to my lifelong passion for evolutionary biology, metabolic health, and the science of longevity.
